Welcome to Barnside Condominium!

Barnside is a 150-townhome condominium association located in Columbia, MD. We are a part of Hickory Ridge Village. Barnside was built in the late 1970’s . Homes are individually owned and maintained, while the association maintains the common areas. One of our unique features is the original Barn from the property, located at 10921 Trotting Ridge Way.

 

 

 

Streets within our community include Barnwood Place, Calico Court, Harness Court, Slalom Lane, Trotting Ridge Way and Powder Run. The association has an elected five-member Board of Directors who make decisions on behalf of all of the homeowners. Regular monthly meetings are held at The Barn.

Barnside is governed by a five-member Board of Directors. They are a dedicated group of homeowner volunteers who are elected at the yearly annual meeting. If you would like to speak to the Board or bring an issue to their attention, please attend one of our monthly meetings or put your concerns in writing c/o the management company.
